The Plaza is a great downtown residence. It is within walking distance of most of the city's entertainment venues. The pricing is similiar to other downtown options, but the historic nature of the property makes it extremely desirable. All around a good experience.

This is my very first apartment downtown, and I absolutely love it! The building has beautiful historical features, and it was built extremely well. I came from a newer property where I heard my neighbors 24/7. At the Plaza, I never hear noise from any of my neighbors.

The Ambassador Apartment is really clean and quiet with a very amicable neighborhood. The appliances are in very good condition. I especially like the brick wall in the living room. It's right next to central library, great for avid readers. The staff are super nice and very responsive to questions. Fitness center, business center have everything I need. The move-in was quick and easy. In general, the experience has been wonderful so far.

The Plaza has been great so far. Move-in was fantastically easy and we had a pre-move in inspection with the property manager before being given our keys. I've never had this before and it was definitely a nice extra assurance that everything was in order prior to moving everything into the apartment. The community has been great as well and the location is fantastic for pretty much anything you could want in downtown Indianapolis.

I just moved here a couple weeks ago, but all I can say is, I love my new home! The building is so unique and the apartment itself is cozy and spacious. The exposed brick is a great feature. The office staff have been excellent. I highly recommend this apartment community to anyone who wants to live downtown without paying a fortune.

Maintenance is fantastic and I've always had thing fixed within 48 hours. Great apartment management is not dead!

Fairly reasonably priced property with character in downtown Indianapolis, making it affordable to live so close to downtown in city like Indianapolis. The staff and management are extremely responsive and make it feel like home, very accommodating of your needs and if you have any issues come up, they do whatever it takes to get it taken care of and very promptly. I give this management two thumbs up, I have lived with them in the past in a different city as well, had a similar experience

The Ambassador is the best place I have ever lived. It is really quiet. The maintenance is fantastic and gets your issues fixed usually in less than a day. The people in the leasing office are awesome and really make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in for the first time. The location is really cool too because you're a 5-10 minute walk from Mass Ave and the Canal. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique place to live downtown.

Excellent office staff make move in and application super easy. Communication was fantastic. The Ambassador is the perfect location with great parking options and clean, well lit apartments. So far, everything has been going as planned!
